This policy is in place to protect our staff and our clients, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

● We will take responsibility to stay up to date with Ministry of Health guidance for COVID-19 and ensure all our staff are also aware. ● Our internal policy requires that all staff stay home if they are sick, and follow up with health professionals regarding advice for getting tested for COVID-19 based on their symptoms.

○ Any staff that have been tested must self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

● Our office space is set up for contact tracing and record keeping of visitors, with hand sanitizers, QR codes & forms.

● On occasions that we are working with events, we will follow the New Zealand Event Sector Voluntary Code as a Service Provider. ● Working under the Alert Levels -

○ Alert Level 1: We continue work as normal (i.e staff and visitors can come into the office, staff can do outcalls to client sites), with contact tracing and sanitisation established at our workplace and utilised at other sites on outcalls.

○ Alert Level 2: Office based work will continue. For any site-based work we will follow the guidelines of the site/workspace of our clients, notably if they choose to not have visitors or an event cancellation is applicable under Alert Level 2. For all other accepted work we will adhere to Ministry of Health Level 2 requirements and recommendations for workplaces, including wearing gloves for offsite work and facemasks if in close proximity to others.

○ Alert Level 3: Work will be limited to virtual communications and working from home, with strictly limited office time (only with staff in the same bubble, and only if it is necessary). No external work will be undertaken, unless it is deemed as essential services and we have approval as a business.

○ Alert Level 4: Work will be limited to virtual communications and working from home. No external work will be undertaken, unless it is deemed as essential services and we have approval as a business.

Under all other conditions, and in the event of regulation changes we will follow the guidelines given by the Ministry of Health.
